At AIA Australia we’re constantly looking for ways to improve our products and services to meet the ever-changing and evolving needs of our clients.
Like a number of our competitors, we will be participating in the 2018 Beddoes Institute Claimant Journey Study, with the first wave of the year starting in the coming weeks.
The Claimant Journey Study will be sent to a sample of clients who have made a claim on Income Protection, Crisis Recovery Insurance or TPD to understand their claims experience and how we can improve our claims management services in future.
We’ll be supplying a sample to Beddoes in line with earlier research and are looking to contact clients who made a claim between 1st of March 2018 and 31st of August 2018.
Please note that we have removed clients who have opted out of this type of communication. Those invited to participate will also be able to unsubscribe from the study, or can simply not complete it if they don’t wish to be involved.
If you have any questions or concerns about this research or AIA Australia and Beddoes contacting your clients please contact our Insight and Propositions Manager, Simon Berry (Simon.Berry@aia.com) by 1st of October 2018.
