AIA Launches new personalised policy anniversary video

AIA has launched a new digital experience aimed at providing support and guidance to AIA Priority Protection life insurance customers as they approach their policy anniversary.
The initiative leverages insights from customer research and builds on the success of our pre-renewal policy anniversary email pilot. 
Here's what to expect
Commencing mid-November, we’ll contact single policy holders aged 45+ with policies covering Life, IP, TPD, and Crisis. They will receive an email and SMS 75 days before their renewal date with a link to their personalised policy anniversary video.
The videos provide insurance information, renewal details, payment options, premium structures, and AIA Embrace and AIA Vitality benefits. We also provide clients with their financial adviser details or connect them with one.
This initiative holds the potential to improve customer experience, satisfaction and lapse rates. It will undergo a six-month testing phase and depending on the success during this period, we may consider extending to a broader customer base, including CMLA customers.
No action required for your clients
It’s important to note that the video is designed to provide valuable information about their cover, and there is no call to action required of your clients upon receiving it. However, if clients have questions as their policy anniversary approaches, we trust that you will be ready to assist.
