Go Bookings closing soon

Due to a decision by Go Bookings to exit the Australian market, we will be making changes to how you book in tele-interviews and health consults.
While we explore new options for an online booking platform for you and your clients, the below process will apply.

Priority Protection

From 29 April, tele-interviews will be scheduled by a member of the Tele Collect team.
 
  • Advisers should still submit their tele-applications via the Adviser Site

  • Once a tele-application is received, an AIA team member will contact your client to schedule in their tele-interview

  • An email confirming the date and time will be sent to the adviser and client

 

If a tele interview needs to be rescheduled by either the client or adviser, please contact the Tele Collect team on 1800 730 349 8am to 6pm AEST or send an email to au.teleapplication@aia.com for assistance.
 
If between 22 and 26 April you are unable to schedule in an appointment via Go Bookings due to availability, please save the tele-application as a draft and submit on or after 29 April 2024 via the Adviser Site.

AIA Health

From 22 April, the AIA Health consults calendar will be updated on the Adviser Health Portal.
 
For AIA Health insurance consults, the Adviser Health Portal booking Go Bookings calendar will be replaced with a calendar that has the same layout and functionality as below:
 
  • Ability to book a personalised Private Health Insurance review at a date/time that suits your client/s.

  • Ability to cancel/reschedule an existing booking.
We anticipate no disruption to the AIA Health service during this transition.
