With this in mind, we’ve been updating our Customer Care flyers so that your clients are better informed on what their policy covers them for, how it operates and supports them, giving your clients peace of mind.
Your client's understanding of their insurance cover starts with your recommendation and the ongoing discussions with you. Our flyers are designed to complement these conversations along with our Policy Disclosure Statement (PDS).
In total there are currently six different flyers for clients available from Life Insurance | AIA Australia which cover:

- Understanding Conversion to Loss of Independence

- Understanding Nomination of Beneficiaries
To make it easier for your client to access this helpful information, we’re adding webpage links to the flyers to your clients' anniversary letters. We added these links to Tailored Protection anniversary letters in November 2022 and Priority Protection clients will see these in their next annual notice starting from April 2023.
Over time we’ll continue to develop other flyers on different topics whilst looking for opportunities to further enhance the information included in these flyers.
