You can make a payment quickly and easily online using one of the following payment options.

For Priority Protection Policies

For all other life insurance policies

There are two easy ways to check:
 
1. Check the web link on your payment notice.
2. Check the product name listed in your Policy Schedule or Renewal Letters.

To make a payment for these products, please head to the payment portal for previously branded policies.

You can find your policy number on any correspondence you’ve received from us regarding your policy. These include your policy schedule, renewals, billing letters, and emails.

If you’d prefer to pay another way, you can choose from the following options:

BPAY
Contact your financial institution to make a BPAY payment from your account. You can find your BPAY reference numbers on your latest bill.

Over the phone
To pay over the phone using our self-service option, please call the relevant number below and follow the prompts:
 
  • AIA Priority Protection – 1800 333 613
    When prompted, select 1, then 3, then 1.  
  • Tailored Protection – 13 10 56
    When prompted, select 3 then 1.
  • Loan Protection – 13 39 82
    When prompted, select 2 then 1.
  • Simple Life – 13 39 82
    When prompted, select 4 then 1.
You can manage your membership on the go using the AIA Health app on your Apple or Android device. To download, search for AIA Health Australia on the Apple Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) and install. Making a payment through your AIA Health app is quick, easy and available any time day or night.
