How to activate your Apple Watch Benefit
Activate
Login to your AIA Vitality app and navigate to the Apple Watch Benefit to complete a loan application with glow.
Purchase
Use the Apple Promo Code provided to purchase your Apple Watch Series 11 (GPS) from the Apple Store. You can personalise your watch by selecting your case and colours.
Receive
Once you receive your Apple Watch, link it to your AIA Vitality app (via Apple Health), and start tracking your physical activity each week.

The Apple Watch Benefit is available to eligible, activated AIA Vitality members who opt into Active Benefits and activate the Apple Watch Benefit on an iOS device with the AIA Vitality app installed.
The Apple Watch Benefit replaces the member’s Active Benefits. This means any weekly $5 Active Benefits rewards earned will automatically reduce the monthly loan co-contribution amount. The member will no longer be able to choose how to use their $5 rewards.
The member will need to apply for a $672 loan with our finance partner, Glow Financial Services (Australia) Pty Ltd (Glow), ABN 66668894504, Australian credit licence 552067. T&Cs, eligibility criteria apply. The RRP of an Apple Watch Series 11 (GPS) 42mm with Aluminium Case is $679. AIA Vitality will cover the additional $7 on the member’s behalf and all administration charges on the loan.
The member is responsible for repaying the loan with Glow. If the member achieves all of their weekly physical activity targets in a month, AIA Vitality will cover the full $28 loan co-contribution to Glow. If the member misses any weekly physical activity targets during the month, they will need to pay the difference, as per their loan agreement with Glow. Late fees apply.
The Apple Watch Benefit Voucher will cover the cost of an Apple Watch Series 11 (GPS) 42mm with Aluminium Case. If the member chooses the 46mm, Apple Watch Ultra 3, or adds accessories to the same purchase, they will need to pay the difference using a debit or credit card. If they choose the Apple Watch SE 3 (RRP lower than $679) they can use the balance of the Apple Watch Benefit Voucher towards the purchase of any other products available at the online Apple Store (AU).
