As a result, a recent internal review of our initial claims forms for Income Protection and Total and Permanent Disablement. The review has meant we’ve been able to remove duplication of questions and refine the way we seek information.
To ensure that the changes were the right thing to do, we sought feedback around the forms, which were positive, and we have also seen an improvement when completing our initial assessments.
You may notice changes which include the removal of questions regarding:
- Your dominant hand
- Any witnesses to your injury
- Has your weight altered more than 10kgs during the past year
Due to the positive feedback and improvements to the completion of our initial assessment, we are rolling this out for all Income Protection and Total and Permanent Disablement claim.
While the old forms will still be accepted, we encourage you to contact our claims to obtain the new forms and enjoy a better, simpler experience.
