Executive Health Check
The Executive Health Check is a personalised concierge medical service that reviews a full range of specialist medical tests that may include cardiac, liver and kidney function, prostate, and blood panels.
AIA has partnered with Recovre to deliver the Executive Health Check service.
The Recovre concierge will explain what the Executive Health Check involves, and the various ways clients can complete their health check, as well as managing any appointments on their behalf.

| You’ll earn up to 7,000 AIA Vitality points when you complete your Executive Health Check. |
| A dedicated concierge will manage all required appointments, including further tests and necessary follow-ups. |
| AIA will cover the cost of any consultations, fees, and recommended tests up to the value of $1,200. |
| Once completed, upload your results from the AIA Vitality Health Check form to the AIA Vitality app and you’ll unlock access to the cashback benefit on eligible Business Class flights. |
| Members are eligible for 1 x Executive Health Check every two membership years. |

Business Class Flights
AIA Extra clients can enjoy cashbacks on eligible Business Class Flights with Virgin Australia. Cashbacks are based on the members AIA Vitality Status.

| To be eligible, you must have completed your AIA Vitality Health Check in the last 12 months or complete it as part of your Executive Health Check. |
| You’ll receive up to a maximum of $8,000 cashback per flight booking on eligible flights flagged with ‘AIA Extra’. |
| The Business Class flights count towards your standard AIA Vitality status-based cashback of two flights per membership year. |
| If you’ve already used your two status-based cashback flights for the current membership year, you must wait until the new membership year commences to access the Business Class cashback benefit again. |

What if I have new clients taking out cover who are eligible to receive these benefits?
Once your new clients have their cover in place and their AIA Vitality membership activated, they should expect to receive an email about these exclusive benefits within approximately one month.
How does the client access these exclusive benefits?
Your client will receive a personalised email giving them access to their exclusive benefits. From here they can start their Executive Health Check journey or book flights. They must use this personalised link to access the benefits rather than the AIA Vitality app.
