Mental wellbeing is a complex issue, with many inter-related factors. Stressors are challenges that place real or perceived demands on you, and can lead to strain, which can manifest as anxiety, depression or physical symptoms such as low energy.
The impact of stressors on mental or physical wellbeing can be reduced by high levels of resilience, which relates to the way you deal with stress and your social support network.
The online AIA Vitality Mental Wellbeing Assessment helps you/your clients understand your emotional health and mental wellbeing. As well as providing a personalised profile and recommendations, by completing the online assessment you/your clients will earn you 600 AIA Vitality Points. This can be done twice a year (six months apart).
