As AIA Australia continues to improve and streamline our working processes with you, we’re pleased to advise that we are improving the way we process changes to premium structure for in-force policies.
Changes to premium structures can now be completed as an alteration to your client’s existing policy, rather than requiring a cancel and replace. The new process will be simpler and faster for advisers and more convenient for your clients. To change the premium structure on your client’s policy, simply request a quote from AIA Australia and submit it along with a completed Request for Alteration form.
This form is easily accessible on the Adviser Site under Procedures & Forms/Policy Services.

As the popularity of Tele underwriting continues, we’ve extended the hours to better suit clients availability. Our tele-app team are available Monday – Friday 8am–11pm AEST and Saturday 9am–2.45pm AEST. Mon – Fri 6pm–11pm and Saturday 9am-2:45pm AEST is available for pre booked interviews only.
