Have you accessed the new Service Request Dashboard in Self Service to keep track of your Service Requests? This is only one of the enhancements which was made available on 15 December in Self Service to assist you to manage your client’s requests.
Submitting a Service Request via Self Service not only means it will reach us sooner and be processed faster you can now track the progress of that request anywhere, anytime by accessing the new Service Request Dashboard. The dashboard provides you with key information on Service Requests currently in progress and even past requests completed within the last 60 days.
Self Service now also displays additional key policy information on the main screen when you search a policy including:
To gain full access to the range of functionality including the ability to process alteration requests directly to your client’s policies, if you haven’t already you will need to complete a Financial Adviser Authority form.
Download the Financial Adviser Authority form via the Adviser Site under 'Procedures & Forms' in the 'Adviser Forms & Documents' section.
Complete, sign and date the form with your client.
Return the signed copy to infohub@aia.com and once received, we will update our systems allowing you to make changes on behalf of that client going forward.
