What this means is that each week, members will be presented with a new target, (based on their historical exercise patterns) which can move up or down from week-to-week. Every time a member meets the weekly target, they will be rewarded with $5 to spend with one of our four Active Benefits partners – Boost Juice, iTunes, HOYTS or Woolworths.
In addition the way that members access their weekly Active Benefits rewards is also changing. From 30 May, all Active Benefits rewards will only be available via the AIA Vitality app (iOS or Android), after members have opted-in to participate (which they can do from 30 May).
Members (and advisers who have previously been cc’d on Active Benefits rewards emails to clients), will no longer receive a weekly email advising them to log into the AIA Vitality account and activate/download their Boost Juice voucher – but will instead receive a notification on their AIA Vitality app when they have met their weekly Active Benefits target. To best ensure members don’t miss claiming an Active Benefit reward, it is recommended they enable notifications on the AIA Vitality app.
