AIA has appointed leading market research company, Nature Research, to conduct research to better understand what Advisers and Policyholders think of AIA Australia (AIA). We have chosen to create a tracking study to get regular feedback from our key partners to make sure we are responding to the market’s changing needs.
AIA is aware of the complexity that the changing working and regulatory environment has created, and as a result, we have created a new research program that will seek feedback from both Advisers and Policyholders.
AIA is keen to understand more about what you look for from your insurance providers, what’s important to you, and how AIA is currently performing. This survey will be a key source of information that AIA will use to make sure we meet your needs with what we can provide you.
Two waves of research will be undertaken per year with a sample of Advisers and Policyholders (non-claimants). Individuals will only be asked to participate (at most) once a year. The survey will take between 10-15 minutes to complete.
Given the importance of this work, AIA has appointed an independent research company, Nature Research, to manage the program, conduct analysis and provide reporting. All the information you provide will be confidential, and AIA will only receive results at an aggregated level.
The invitation to Advisers and Policyholders will come from AIA and will contain a link to the survey hosted by Nature. The Adviser invitation will be out later this week so please keep an eye on your inbox and let us know how we are performing.
If you have any concerns or questions about this research, please contact Simon Berry, Senior Manager, Insights and Analytics (Simon.Berry@aia.com).
