From 5 August 2026, we’re making a change to how explanatory notes are delivered with Super Risk Annual Statements for Tailored Protection (ex-CMLA).
Rather than being included within the statement itself, explanatory notes will now be accessible online via clearly labelled web links embedded directly in each client’s statement. This means clients can access the information they need quickly, at any time, on any device.
What’s staying the same
This is a change in delivery method only, not in the information available to clients. All explanatory notes remain fully accessible, and all legal and disclosure obligations continue to be met without exception.
Prefer a printed copy?
Clients who would like a printed copy of the explanatory notes can request one at any time by contacting the Customer Contact Centre.
