These programs can be accessed by insured members, after submitting a claim. AIA Embrace offers recovery support services that you can access on your own, as well as programs offered with the guidance of a Wellbeing Consultant.

Explore our recovery support

AIA Wellbeing Consultants will contact you to complete a wellbeing assessment. Based on your individual needs, and in collaboration with you, we develop a recovery plan to support you back to health and where possible, work.

This may include best practice rehabilitation interventions, examples of services guided by our in-house Wellbeing Consultants include:

Programs to build function and routine

Structured physical activity to improve function and strength

We’re there when you need us most, through early support, ensuring there are services in place to support your mental and emotional wellbeing.

Your access to the AIA Embrace programs and services may vary depending on the policy terms in place with the policy owner (the trustee of your policy or your employer). Please check your policy Product Disclosure Statement. Programs and services are provided in conjunction with AIA and external service providers. Some programs can be accessed immediately without enrolment, while others require enrolment. Please refer to the form on the Unwell page for specific access details.
