AIA Embrace Wellness and Work Readiness programs offering holistic wellbeing and rehabilitation support

What are the RESTORE programs?

RESTORE is a suite of holistic rehabilitation programs, offered through AIA Embrace, that provide tailored support to individuals after submitting a claim while recovering from mental health, cancer, and musculoskeletal conditions.
 
Combining expert guidance with personalised recovery plans, the programs help you improve daily function, reconnect with meaningful activities, and rebuild confidence as you return to community, work, and life.

What is included in the program?

Available to eligible individuals on claim with mental health, musculoskeletal, or cancer diagnoses, the tailored program is delivered over 12 weeks by specialist providers. 
 
The goal is to increase physical and mental function through wellbeing and work readiness interventions. These may include:
 
  • Development of a new routine
  • Tailored exercise program
  • Nutrition advice
  • Social and community connection
  • Re-engagement with hobbies and interests 

How does it work?

You’ll start with a call from an AIA Wellbeing Consultant who will take the time to understand your current situation and the challenges you're facing. From there, they’ll connect you with a trusted provider. Together with your health practitioner, you’ll create a tailored recovery plan with expert support and guidance at every step.

How much will it cost and how do I access support?

As part of AIA Embrace, RESTORE is available at no additional cost while you’re on claim with AIA. It’s here to support your recovery and help you get back to what matters.

Your access to the AIA Embrace programs and services may vary depending on the policy terms in place with the policy owner (the trustee of your policy or your employer). Some programs can be accessed immediately without enrolment, while others require enrolment. Please speak with your Claims Manager for more details.
