Case study note:
 
To maintain the 10% AIA Vitality discount at the next anniversary date, clients must achieve Silver Status.
 
To maintain the 5% AIA Vitality Health Check discount on all eligible Priority Protection benefits clients must complete an eligible AIA Vitality Health Check once every two years.

We've also enhanced reporting and notices to help advisers illustrate options more easily and support clearer client conversations.

Anniversary report updates

When using the Upcoming Anniversary Report on the AIA Adviser Portal, you will see some improvements, which include the following scenarios:
 
  • Estimated premium if sum insured is reduced by 10%, 20% or 30%
  • Estimated premium if changing from TPD Own to Any Occupation
  • Change to premiums related to the AIA Vitality Health Check
  • Estimate sum insured when considering keeping premiums at the same level

Renewal Notices

Our updates to the Renewal Notice make it clearer for clients to understand what the AIA Vitality discount is and additional wording which includes payment amount and frequency.
