Should you avoid water with meals to improve digestion?

'In short, no. Drinking water doesn’t impair digestion. The theory is that water with a meal will dilute the hydrochloric acid, increase the pH of your stomach and potentially its digestive enzymes as well. But you’d need to drink between three and four litres of water (in one 20-minute sitting) for this to stand any chance of occurring.'
