Probiotics are the good bacteria that live inside your gut, keeping it – and you – healthy and happy. They’re found in live-culture and fermented foods like yoghurt, kimchi and kombucha. Prebiotics, on the other hand, are the fibres that feed the probiotics, and are found in foods like onions and asparagus.
