Apple Watch
If you use an Apple Watch to track your activity, and want your watch to sync with AIA Vitality, make sure you’ve linked your watch to the Fitness app.
The Fitness app automatically updates Apple Health, which is linked to AIA Vitality.
During high demand periods, it can take up to 48 hours to sync your Apple Health data to the AIA Vitality app and for any eligible AIA Vitality Points you’ve earned to appear on your Points Statement.
AIA Vitality only supports activity tracked directly from Apple Health and Apple Watch. Due to potential data integrity issues with third party devices, activity tracked by any other third party device (even if linked to Apple Health), is not supported, and cannot be used to earn AIA Vitality Points.
