Cancer Coach Program

Supporting our customers impacted by a cancer diagnosis

What our customers are saying about the

Cancer Coach Program

All AIA Health customers are eligible to enrol in the Cancer Coach Program.

The health and wellbeing of customers impacted by a cancer diagnosis is a priority for Osara Health and AIA Health. Osara Health is proud to provide support when people need it most - to feel connected and in control after a cancer diagnosis.
Osara Health is transforming the way we provide cancer care by empowering people and organisations affected by cancer to thrive using expertise, empathy, and technology.
Participants gain access to digital tools, dedicated health coaching and evidence-based educational resources, assisting them to feel supported, informed and in control of health outcomes and their wellbeing.

The cost of the program is covered by AIA Health.

Osara Health will hold your information in line with their privacy policy. All information is encrypted at rest and in-transit, and no health information once on program is shared with AIA Health, without your permission. Participation in this program, including Health Coach calls, is entirely confidential.

You can self enrol using the secure enrolment portal via the link on the AIA Health website, or with your consent, AIA Health will pass on your contact details to a member of the Osara Health team who will contact you at a convenient time.

You’ll receive a welcome email and within 48 hours be contacted by your personal Cancer Coach who will walk you through the program. You’ll then receive scheduled calls as agreed with your Coach over the next 6 weeks and begin to receive the program content via email and the Osara Health app.

The program is delivered over 6 weeks, although this is flexible.

Osara Health Coaches are healthcare professionals who have had experience providing care to patients with cancer. Your Cancer Coach will support you to create a personal care plan and help you make more educated decisions about your health.
The Health Coach is not a replacement for the medical care team and will not provide any advice on diagnosis, prevention, monitoring, treatment, or improvement of your clinical condition.
