When you engage with AIA Vitality and reach AIA Vitality Silver Status you can unlock even more health insurance benefits like, a hospital excess refund benefit and an extra 10% back on non-dental extras.
Claim your hospital excess refund
If you have held an AIA Health policy for a minimum of six months and have an AIA Vitality Status of Silver or above, we will refund part of your excess in the event you are admitted to hospital. Excess Refund is not available when claiming on the following clinical categories: Cataracts, Joint replacements, Dialysis for chronic kidney failure, Pregnancy and birth, Assisted reproductive services, Weight loss surgery, Insulin pumps, Pain management with Device & Sleep Studies.
10% extras boost
We reward you for taking an active role in your health and wellbeing by giving you a 10% boost on your non-dental extras. If your AIA Vitality Status is Silver or above on the date you use your non-dental service, we’ll increase your individual benefit by an extra 10% (up to annual limits). This means lower out-of-pocket costs for you.

*AIA Vitality Premium Rewards are unlocked when a member achieves Silver, Gold and Platinum Status each AIA Vitality membership year. Customers on AIA Vitality Starter will earn $40 per status level, up to a maximum of $120 and customers on AIA Vitality will earn $80 per status level, up to $240.
