Here are the top 3 ways we’ve made it easier for you to get more out of our new AIA Vitality app.
You may have heard the exciting news - our new AIA Vitality app is available to download. We’ve made some improvements to help you navigate it easily and track your health, benefits and rewards. And don’t worry – whether you’re Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum, your Status and Points will be waiting for you in the new app when you download it.
1. Ready to get to know your health and earn rewards?
We’ve put the Active Benefits target front and centre when you open the app because we know it’s one of our members go-to ways to earn AIA Vitality Points and rewards. So now it’s even easier to see how you’re tracking each week.
2. Streamlined self-assessments
It’s easier to see which assessments you’ve completed and which you still have an opportunity to complete, to learn about your health and earn Points. For example, you can take the AIA Vitality Age Assessment and earn up to 2,250 AIA Vitality Points.
3. A new look and user interface
From cashback on flights, to discounts on fitness devices, as well as insurance premium discounts – there are so many benefits for members who engage with the new AIA Vitality app. And with the new look and feel, you can effortlessly navigate to earn more Points and claim rewards.
Haven’t had the chance to download the new AIA Vitality app yet? Here’s how in 5 simple steps:
- Download the new app (for iOS or Android) and enter your email address and password registered with AIA.
- Authenticate yourself with a one-time security pin via text or email.
- Once you’re in the app, set up your AIA Vitality PIN, face/fingerprint ID and you’re all set.
- Remember to delete the old AIA Vitality app.
Bonus tip: We’ve introduced multi factor authentication for greater security. If you’ve forgotten your password, tap the forgot password link and follow the instructions. Then, go to step 2 and follow the instructions.
