So wherever you are, get comfortable

closing your eyes down,feeling your feet on the floor,

your sit bones in yourchair or on the floor,

and as you take a breathin and then breathe

out.

Feel yourself arrive here now.

And now take another breath in and out,

allowing your body to sink even deeper

to the here and now,

and just continue takingthese breaths in and out.

You don't need to change it.

Simply allow your body todo what it already knows
