Taking a break for yourself andgetting comfortable in your seat

wherever you might be. Feelingyour feet on the floor,

feeling your sit bones onthe chair or on the floor.

And as you breathe in and breathe out,

feel yourself arrive here. Now

and allow yourself to sinkeven deeper to where you are.
