Yes, you can! Simply head to the Adviser Portal using your mobile browser.

Navigation & Features

Yes, but only for Priority Protection policies where a Financial Adviser Authority is held. To update your client’s details: 
 
  • Click on the “Policies” option on the sidebar menu  
  • Choose either “In-force” or “Out-of-force (90 days)”  
  • Click on the specific policy you need 
  • On the specific policy page, click “Service request” button on the right side of the page 
  • This will open a portal called Evolve where you can make changes to some client information 

To generate a New Business or Replacement quote, simply: 
 
  • Click on the “Quotes” option on the sidebar menu 
  • Choose either: 
    • AIA (via eApp), or  
    • ex-CommInsure (via MyQuote)  
  • You’ll be logged in automatically using single sign-on (SSO) as long as you have an active Adviser Code under the relevant product portfolio. 

To track your clients’ applications, simply:  
 
  • Click the “Applications” option from the sidebar menu  
  • Choose either “Applications in Progress” or “Draft Applications” to view all AIA applications  
  • Please note, ex-CommInsure applications are unable to be tracked in the Adviser Portal.  
To track your clients’ claims status, simply: 
 
  • Click the “Claims” option from the sidebar menu 
  • From the Submitted claims dashboard, you’ll be able to see the status of the claim (i.e., accepted, closed, or under assessment) 
  • If you want to view the details of the claim, requirements, or payments, simply click on the arrow button next to the claim you want to review 
  • Please note, claims data is only available for AIA administered policies (ex-CommInsure claims will be available in the future)
