If you suspect that someone has unauthorised access to your account, we recommend:
Reviewing your existing delegate users:
- Head to the User Management section of the Adviser Portal
- Review all your delegate user profiles
- If there are any that should no longer be there, simply remove the delegate user
Reviewing your email preferences:
- Head to the Settings section of the Adviser Portal
- Review your email preferences
- Make sure it is your chosen email address
Resetting your Adviser Portal password
- To reset your password, head to the Adviser Portal login page and click Login, Forgot Password.
You will be asked to enter your username, then a password reset email will be sent to the email address registered to your Adviser Portal account.
