From 1 November 2026, the Trustee for the Scheme will change from Equity Trustees Superannuation Limited to Stewarda Pty Ltd.
The Trustee is the only change. The fund, insurer and administrator remain unchanged.

What does this mean for you and your clients?
From Sunday, 1 November 2026, all product documentation, including the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS), will be updated to reflect the new Trustee details.
Impact to advisers
In general, the only impact to the Adviser is when submitting a form.

| Notice of intent to claim or vary a deduction for personal super contributions | Forms showing the previous trustee details can continue to be accepted after 1 November 2026, provided they are otherwise valid.

Binding death benefit nominations
| Forms showing the previous trustee (Equity Trustees Superannuation Limited) can be accepted if signed and dated before 1 November 2026, even if received later. Forms signed on or after 1 November 2026 must use the new form (showing the Trustee as Stewarda Pty Ltd).

Application forms
| Electronic applications submitted before 1 November 2026: Can be accepted for up to three months after the transition, provided they are complete and valid, and can continue through to completion.
Electronic applications submitted on or after 1 November 2026: Will automatically show the new Trustee, Stewarda Pty Ltd. Paper applications submitted before 1 November: Can be accepted for up to three months after the transition, provided they are complete and valid. |
Rollover, refund and other forms
| Forms issued before 1 November 2026 can be accepted for up to three months after the transition, provided they are complete and valid.
