Make sure you’re calling the right contact centre by calling the below numbers.

At AIA Australia (AIAA), we want to make it easier for you to do business with us. To help advisers with AIA Australia policies and Tailored Protection (ex-CommInsure Protection) policies, we have kept our contact centres separate for the time being. This ensures that when an adviser’s calls our contact centre, they’re talking to someone who understands the product and administrative system and requirements.
 
Eventually the contact numbers will be consolidated however, please refer to the below numbers to ensure you’re reaching the right contact numbers:
