We're making updates to our Indentity Provider that you may notice when accessing the Adviser Portal and AIA Vitality. Find out more below.

    Adviser Portal Update

    AIA Vitality Update

From July 10, 2026, we’re making an update to the way you log in to the Adviser Portal.

As part of ensuring your security on the Adviser Portal, we include a two-step factor identity (2SFI) process where users must verify their identity using two forms of evidence such as a password and a one-time code.

To support an initiative to consolidate our systems across platforms, from 10 July 2026 we’ll be transitioning to a new authentication provider, OKTA.

What’s changing?

When you sign in:

  • Enter your usual username and password
  • Confirm your identity using a one-time code sent to your email or mobile phone
Once you’re signed in, everything else in the Adviser Portal works exactly the same as it has previously.

Why are we changing authentication providers?

Up until 10 July 2026, ForgeRock was the 2SFI provider for the Adviser Portal. While there are no concerns with security, we are transitioning to Okta to consolidate authentication across all AIA Australia platforms.

Using a single provider will create a more consistent experience for users across the Adviser Portal, Health Portal and AIA Vitality.

Once logged in, all platforms, including the Adviser Portal, will continue to look and function exactly as they do today.

To ensure a seamless experience, please check that your email address and mobile number are up to date in the Adviser Portal, so your one-time code is sent correctly.

If your details are incorrect, please contact us on 1800 271 031 to update them.

Sign-in changes to AIA Vitality - here’s what to expect

As of 1 July 2026, AIA Vitality have introduced an enhanced signin process with twostep verification, removing the need for passwords while adding an extra layer of security to protect the account. Once the update is in place, AIA Vitality members will be prompted to sign in again using the new process.

Signing in after the update

To support a smooth and secure update to the AIA Vitality account, all members will be prompted to sign in again using the new process:

  • Enter AIA Vitality email address — passwords are no longer required.
  • Check email for a verification code and enter this code in the AIA Vitality app to continue.
  • Confirm mobile phone number so we can complete an added security check.
  • Enter the verification PIN sent to the nominated mobile as part of our two-factor authentication process.
  • Activate biometric login (such as Face ID or device PIN), if enabled, for faster and secure access next time.

These updates will help us continue to deliver a smooth and reliable experience for our members. Thanks in advance for your support and understanding while we complete these improvements.
