We've made a number of improvements to our Adviser Portal experience, giving you greater visibility of important policy information and making it easier to manage your clients' policies.
Improved visibility of inforce policy information
You’ll now have access to more information when viewing and managing inforce policies, including:
- Premium Payment History Reports for recently lapsed policies - This report allows payment histories to be produced, even when a policy has lapsed.
- Product Name now displayed in Policy inforce view - helping you more easily identify and distinguish between individual policies.
- Policy Expiry Date displayed on Policy Details screen - providing greater visibility of key policy information.
- Clearer CPI Status - this has now been added to the Policy Details screen, making it easier to understand the current CPI status.
- Financial Adviser Authority visibility - the 90-day anniversary report now shows whether a Financial Adviser Authority (FAA) is in place, helping you quickly identify which clients have adviser authority recorded.
An improved experience for delegates
We’ve also made updates to the display of Delegate Details on applications in eApp.
Where an adviser has an approved delegate working on a client’s application, the Advisers name will now appear on the application rather than the delegate's name.
This change helps ensure the adviser associated with the client and application is consistently displayed.
