At AIA Australia, we are proud to be the Principal Partner of the Mother’s Day Classic (MDC) in 2025, a cherished national event that unites Australians in support of life-saving breast and ovarian cancer research.

As we continue our seven-year partnership, we are more committed than ever to making a profound impact in the lives of those affected by these diseases.

The MDC is a beacon of hope and resilience, annually bringing together thousands of Australians on Mother’s Day to walk, run, and raise vital funds for cancer research. This event has been instrumental in driving groundbreaking advancements, significantly improving treatment options and survival rates.

By partnering with MDC, we are working towards a future where fewer families have to face the devastating impact of breast and ovarian cancer.

Cancer remains one of the top three causes of claims for AIA Australia, as reflected in our 2023 claims data.

As a life and health insurer, we witness firsthand the profound impact these diseases have on individuals and their loved ones.

This understanding fuels our unwavering dedication to supporting initiatives like MDC that strive to improve outcomes for those diagnosed. Over the years, we’ve raised nearly $200,000 for MDC, and we remain committed to increasing our contributions to fund vital research.

Our commitment to cancer research is deeply intertwined with our mission to empower Australians to live healthier, longer lives. Through initiatives like AIA Vitality and our CancerAid Coach Program, we provide holistic support for those impacted by cancer - from prevention and treatment to rehabilitation.

By combining our efforts with those of the MDC, we are driving meaningful progress in cancer research and bringing hope to thousands of Australians affected by these diseases.

Our partnership reflects our dedication to creating a healthier future for all Australians, where every individual can thrive and live life to the fullest.
