What is AIA Exchange?

Our digital ambition is simple: to make insurance easier, more accessible, and more intuitive for members, while supporting super funds and administrators with stronger integration and more efficient processes.

A modern digital platform, designed for connected experiences

AIA Exchange includes:
 
  • A comprehensive suite of branded digital journeys across the superannuation lifecycle - making it easier and more intuitive for members to manage cover, progress underwriting, navigate claims, and engage with wellbeing support.

  • A contemporary, modular platform architecture enabled through micro-services with security embedded by design - helping deliver consistent, intuitive experiences while supporting personalised engagement at scale.
  • Flexible integration models, ranging from independent digital services to advanced, real‑time API connectivity - giving funds and administrators simpler, more seamless ways to connect systems and reduce manual effort.

  • Advanced automation, rules engines, and data services - helping enable faster, more accurate and consistent outcomes, underpinned by AI‑ready foundations for future enhancements.

Embedding AIA Embrace: a holistic and differentiated member experience

Over the coming months, we will continue to expand our platform capability, including the integration of AIA Embrace.
 
This will give members access to a more holistic and supportive experience, allowing them to:
 
  • self‑enrol into wellbeing and rehabilitation programs
  • access a range of online content and tools
  • receive more connected support for prevention, early intervention, and recovery.
