What will you experience?

We’ve combined our current AIA Adviser and CMLA portals to bring you a single digital access experience with our Single Sign On tool. The new system allows you to:
  • View client information in ONE place with ONE login.
  • View the new dashboard which provides you with live policy data for new and existing clients, outstanding requirements from underwriting and claims information.
  • Access our Quote and Apply tool for both AIA and CMLA products quicker.
For additional security and to help you save time, we’ve introduced Delegate Access so that your staff can have access to the portal on your behalf. You can delegate the staff you want to have access. They will have their own User ID and password and will be able to complete a lot of the administrative based tasks such as viewing the outstanding requirements and updating details. 

You can also determine the level of access your delegated staff have within the portal.
We’ve revamped the portal, so when you first login, you’ll notice a smoother and easier to navigate interface. With improved search functionality, it will be easier to find your AIA and CMLA client data.
 
Plus, with our new live dashboard and simplified navigation, we’re giving you the things you need upfront.
We heard you loud and clear, you needed better data to help with your client conversations. 
 
The portal delivers an intuitive and interactive dashboard, meaning you get improved and live reporting. So, whether you need to find out more about your clients’ premiums, how certain changes such as removing indexation can impact their policies or wanting to know a client’s AIA Vitality status, you’re just a click away.
 
With our improved reporting on AIA Vitality information, you can access information on their progress and encourage them to continue creating healthy habits, in turn benefiting their policy.
With our self-service option, you can update client details for your Priority Protection policies and generate Certificates of Currency. 

You can also update your own details, including email, phone number and address.
