At AIA we’re passionate about understanding the health of our nation. In 2021, we released the 5590+ health framework highlighting five modifiable lifestyle factors which lead to five major non-communicable diseases (NCDs) such as cancer and mental health conditions.
Too often we’re taught to see health in black and white - if we can’t give 100 percent, we may as well give up. We know the key to good health and wellbeing isn’t ‘all or nothing’. It’s the small ‘somethings’ in between that make a real difference.
You may have recently seen our All or Something brand campaign which we recently shared. Now we’re excited to invite you to participate in our AIA All or Something competition, with fantastic prizes up for grabs, signed by AIA Vitality Ambassadors Ash Barty and Stephanie Gilmore.
Your entry will help us get the word out about our all or something philosophy; the key to good health and wellbeing isn’t ‘all or nothing’, it’s the small daily ‘somethings’ that count
- 1st prize – An Ash Barty signed tennis racquet
- 2nd prize – A Stephanie Gilmore signed shirt
