find a comfortable seatedor lying down position,

I want you to start bytaking a deep breath in and

slowly letting it go.

Gently bring yourawareness to your breath.

As we begin this meditation,

I want you to let go of the expectationsand judgements that you hold

on your own body.

I want you to let go of thepressure you put on yourself,

and that is so unfairly put on youby others to look a certain way.

Accepting your body unconditionallymeans accepting yourself

It means to accept your bodyright here and right now,

flaws, imperfections, and all.

Maybe loving your body seems toohard right now, and that's okay.
