For more complex ownership structures, such as self-managed super funds or Corporates, you can add AIA Vitality to your policy by completing this form. We recommend speaking to a financial adviser if you’re unsure or contacting us on 1800 298 400 or au.customer@aia.com before progressing.

With AIA Vitality you’ll receive an initial 10% AIA Vitality discount as well as an initial 5% AIA Vitality Health Check discount.
 
AIA Vitality discount of 10%:
 
The initial 10% discount will be applied to all benefits for the first policy year.
 
The 10% discount is retained each subsequent year if you achieve Silver status or higher by your policy renewal date.
 
If you don’t achieve Silver status or higher, the discount initially reduces to 5% and then 0% in the subsequent year.  
 
You can recover the full 10% discount simply by engaging with AIA Vitality and reaching Silver status or higher (the discount is applied at the next policy renewal).
 
AIA Vitality Health Check discount of 5%:
 
The initial 5% discount is applied to all benefits for the first two policy years. The 5% discount is retained if you complete an AIA Vitality Health Check once every 2 years, otherwise it will reduce to 0%.
 
You can recover the 5% discount by completing an AIA Vitality Health Check (the discount is applied at the next policy renewal).
 
Your initial premium discounts will be applied at your next payment date after your AIA Vitality application is complete.
 
To receive the full annual AIA Vitality discount, your AIA Vitality application must be finalised before your policy renewal date.

You can add AIA Vitality to your AIA Priority Protection policy for only $150 per year (12.50 per month). Your membership payments will align with your policy payment frequency.
 
For a limited time, we’re waiving your AIA Vitality Contribution fee for the first year, saving you $150.^
 
Although the Contribution fee will be waived for your first year, you will still be required to choose a payment method for your new AIA Vitality Contribution fee during the application process. 

Simply activate your AIA Vitality membership, download the AIA Vitality App and actively engage in the program to reach Silver Status in your first 6 months to be rewarded with a bonus $500 reward. Click here to read the full terms and conditions.

* Eligible policy holders may qualify for discounts on their insurance premiums, where they have an active AIA Vitality Membership. For more information on AIA Vitality insurance premium discounts, please refer to the Premium Adjustment Rules in combination with the AIA Vitality Terms and Conditions.
 
Your premium discounts will be applied at your next payment date after your AIA Vitality application is complete.  To receive the full annual AIA Vitality discount, your AIA Vitality application must be finalised before your policy renewal date.
 
^The first 450 new AIA Vitality members from 2 March 2026 to 31 August 2026 will have their annual AIA Vitality contribution fee of $150 waived for the first 12 months of membership.  Membership will commence from your policy anniversary date which can be found on your policy renewal notice.  We reserve the right to remove this offer from market at any time.
