Last year we introduced our Adviser Self-Service Portal, where with a signed Financial Adviser Authorisation Form, you have the ability to immediately change/update you client’s address and payment details. We are pleased to announce that we have upgraded our Adviser Self-Service Portal with the introduction of Service Requests.
Accessed through the Adviser Site by selecting AIA Portal on the drop down menu, Service Requests can be submitted without a signed Financial Adviser Authorisation Form. They are instantly put into AIA Australia's workflow, where they are then actioned by a member of the AIA Australia team, saving you valuable time.
