    We also get personal. Our claims assessors take ownership of the entire claim process from start to finish. That way you know the one person will always be on top of the detail of a claim.

    Rehabilitation – getting people back to work faster

    Our focus is on ability rather than disability and we’ll work in partnership with medical practitioners and employers to help claimants to return to work.

    An assessment of an individual’s social situation, psychological factors and other health conditions, which includes the member, the doctor, and the employer at just the right time, helps to ensure we draw on best practice to achieve success.

    With 111 years of combined occupational rehabilitation experience, our highly experienced team includes Occupational Therapists, Rehabilitation Counsellors, a Physiotherapist, and Registered Nurse.

    Simple, immediate underwriting

    This is essential to providing quick and accessible insurance to your customers. Most of our direct insurance products are available with a limited number of questions and customers won’t need to sit a medical assessment before we insure them – making applying for insurance quick, easy and non-intrusive. Applicants receive immediate acceptance or, where they cannot be accepted, offer of an alternate product which is guaranteed acceptance.
