At AIA Australia we’re constantly looking for ways to improve our products and services to meet the ever-evolving needs of our clients.
Like a number of our competitors, we will be participating in the 2019 Beddoes Institute Claimant Journey Study, with the first wave of the year beginning in the coming weeks.
The Claimant Journey Study will be sent to a sample of clients who have made a claim on Income Protection, Crisis Recovery Insurance or TPD. The study aims to understand a client’s claims experience, thereby enabling AIA to improve our claims management services.
We’ll be supplying a sample to Beddoes in line with earlier research and are looking to contact clients who made a claim between 1 September 2018 and 28 February 2019.
Please note that we will not be providing Beddoes with the contact details of any clients who have opted out of this type of communication. Those invited to participate will also be able to unsubscribe from the study or can simply opt not to complete it.
If you have any questions or concerns about this research, or about AIA Australia and Beddoes contacting your clients, please contact our Insight and Analytics Manager, Simon Berry (Simon.Berry@aia.com) by 27 March 2019.
