What does the Scheme mean for you?
This website provides important information about the upcoming proposed transfer of Integrity Life Australia Limited (ILAL) to AIA Australia Limited (AIA Australia).
You can find the complete list of products transferring to AIA Australia in the Scheme Summary via the link below. If your product isn’t listed, your policy will not be impacted by the transfer.
How you manage your policy or product may change
You may see ILAL’s bank account name change to AIA Australia. This is a name change only.
There may be some changes to payment references, and you may be required to update your bank account details but we will contact you if it’s required.
Your policy or product terms and conditions have changed.
If confirmed, the Scheme will allow AIA Australia to change your Integrity Here For You (HFY) policy with a similar policy, which is called AIA Priority Protection (PP). These changes will be effective if the Scheme is confirmed by the Court.

Branding Updates
Subject to the Scheme’s confirmation, all policy owner communication will change to AIA Australia branding.
You may also notice a change to the reference that appears on your bank statements.
