Don’t let the simplicity of this recipe fool you. These pancakes are as delicious as they are effortless to make, whilst also packing a good punch of protein. We love to top them with greek yoghurt, maple syrup and berries.
Ingredients
25g quick oats
1 egg
½ tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp almond milk
¼ tsp baking powder
½ scoop (15g) vanilla protein powder

Method
- Combine all ingredients together in a small bowl and mix well.
- Heat a fry pan over medium heat and spray with oil. Add batter to pan and cook for 3 minutes before flipping. Cook for a further 1-2 minutes.
- Serve with ice cream or high protein yoghurt, maple syrup and fresh fruit.
Notes:
- To make dairy free use a vegan protein powder and dairy free milk
- We suggest serving with maple syrup and sliced banana or fresh berries
