Ingredients
1 cup frozen mango chunks
1 kiwi fruit
1 handful baby spinach
1 scoop protein powder (optional)
1 cup coconut water
Handful of ice cubes

Method
- Blend all ingredients together in a high powered blender.
- Pour into a glass or jar and serve immediately.
