We supported clients during the bushfires earlier this year by providing premium and claims support, health and wellbeing support, providing donations and allowing clients to donate to the bushfire appeal, plus more.
Throughout the global pandemic, we’ve provided support which included premium relief options such as payment plans and support for advisers by way of the option to defer commission clawbacks for a period of time.
We partnered with Deakin University and Dr Adam Fraser to launch the first ever national adviser survey into wellbeing and mental health. The study, which will be completed in 2021, is aimed at understanding the current state of mental health and wellbeing of financial advisers, establish the various coping mechanisms and better understand how you are evolving to deal with significant industry disruptions.
