August release of our new digital PDS

Keeping in line with AIA Australia’s (AIAA) digital initiatives such as DocuSign, this August we are releasing a digital only Product Disclosure Statement (PDS). 

Now, more than ever, considering all digital options available to you and your clients is important with face-to-face meetings reducing.

To assist you, we also have interactive applications forms and a digital application system via eApp.

For many, there’s no change as you already utilise our various options and provide electronic versions of the AIAA PDS to your clients. For others it’s familiarising yourself with the benefits and ultimately were to locate the documents.

Some of the benefits include:

• Minimising administrative tasks such as ordering and scanning of documents into your system
• Faster and easier to lodge
• Faster for AIAA to process – allowing for more time to help advisers out
• Faster for AIAA to get cover inforce and your clients covered
• Easier to supply your clients with a PDS
• Using our digital options means that you’re using the most up-to-date documents and forms leading to less potential re-work.

There are several ways you can access and provide the AIA Australia Priority Protection PDS to clients.  

• Download a PDF from the Adviser Site – located under Product/Priority Protection, plus other locations such as the PPPI partner sections
