This website provides important information about the upcoming proposed transfer of AIA Australia Limited's (AIAA) Superannuation and Investments business to Resolution Life Australasia Limited (Resolution Life)
You can find the complete list of products transferring to Resolution Life in the Scheme Summary and at the link below. If your product isn't listed below, your policy will not be impacted as a result of the transfer.
You may see our bank account name change to Resolution Life Australasia. This is a name change only.
There will be no changes to payment amounts, however there may be some changes to payment references and you may be required to update your bank account details. You can find out whether you are required to take any action at the link below.
If confirmed, the Scheme will allow Resolution Life to make changes to some policies. These changes will be effective when the Scheme is confirmed by the Court and will have no adverse impact on policyholders.

Subject to the Scheme's approval, all policyholder communications will change to Resolution Life's branding. All products will be rebranded at the transfer date.
You may also notice a change to the reference that appears on your bank statements.
