AIA Australia actively seeks open communication with our partners. As a partner you have direct access to AIA Australia’s underwriting team for explanations, opinions and assistance when you need it.

We offer internet based tracking facilities for you to track the progress of all underwriting, claims administration and training processes. It’s part of our commitment to visibility and complete transparency in our operations and workflow processes. All you need is internet access, we provide log in details, username and password.
