Our claims team is committed to open communication and providing the highest levels of service and support to our Group partners and their members. One of the ways we develop strong working relationships and build successful partnerships with them over time is by including partner’s administrators in the claims process from beginning to end.

Continuous and effective Service Level Agreement (SLA) management
Through our Cognos reporting capability we can continuously and effectively manage our SLAs at over 95% completion. Our SLAs are backed up with flexible reporting so that our clients can gauge, in real time, the impact that our service is having on members.
