In 2010, AIA Australia paid over $363 million in claims – that’s around $1.5 million every working day. We’re renowned for how well we handle claims from both an adviser and client perspective. We’re proud to have been awarded an ‘A*’ rating for our claims services from analyst, Sue Laing of The Risk Store in October 2010.

Rapid claims processing

When one of your clients has to make a claim it’s a challenging time for them. The one thing they need from their insurer is knowing that their claim will be paid, and promptly. That’s why our systems are designed to pay all valid claims as quickly as possible and to deliver certainty to your clients when they need it most.

The adviser’s role

As an adviser we believe you have a vital role to play in the claims process. When an insured event occurs, we know that your client or their beneficiaries are often compromised physically or psychologically.
