Committed to paying legitimate claims
In 2010, AIA Australia paid over $363 million in claims – around $1.5 million every working day. We’re renowned for how well we handle claims1 and we’re proud to have been awarded an ‘A*’ rating for our claims service from analyst Sue Laing of The Risk Store in October 20102.
AIA Australia was awarded an additional rating (defined as A*) because we demonstrated a differentiated and unique claims service with the introduction of our online Claims Tracking system.
