We will consider all applications for insurance based on individual circumstances and disclosures.
Applicants who have tested positive for COVID-19 will be considered for cover upon full recovery with no complications.
For applicants who have returned from any overseas country or have been in contact with someone confirmed to have COVID-19, we will wait until they have met the isolation period requirements imposed by the Australian Government, and ensure that they have not tested positive for COVID-19 and are not showing any symptoms, prior to offering cover.
